Dưa leo rửa sạch, cắt hạt lựu. Cho vào tô với 1/4 muỗng cà phê muối rồi để yên khoảng 5 phút cho đến khi dưa leo ra hết nước. Sau đó cho ra giấy ăn loại giấy dai, vắt cho thật khô.
Cho trứng gà vào nồi luộc chín. Tách lòng đỏ và lòng trắng của trứng gà ra rồi băm nhỏ phần lòng trắng và dằm nát một lòng đỏ trứng. Để lại hai lòng đỏ trứng dùng sau.
Khoai tây rửa sạch, gọt vỏ cắt miếng to. Cho khoai tây vào nồi cho 1/2 chén nước cùng 1/4 muỗng cà phê muối và luộc khoai tây trong khoảng 20 phút với lửa vừa.
Sau khi khoai tây đã chín thì nghiền nát ra rồi cho thêm hai lòng đỏ trứng vào rồi nghiền tiếp, trộn cho đến khi trứng và khoai tây đều nhau.
Cho thêm dưa leo đã vắt nước, 1/4 muỗng cà phê tiêu và một chút muối vào hỗn hợp trên rồi trộn tiếp.
Sau cùng cho thêm 2 muỗng canh sốt mayonnaise vào rồi đảo đều. Để hỗn hợp ở ngoài cho nguội rồi để vào tủ lạnh. Dùng khi salad còn lạnh. Bạn có thể rắc một ít phô mai bột lên trên nếu thích ăn béo nhé.
