Love it, exceeded expectations. Connect supplied 3.5 cable to one end of supplied Bluetooth and connect other end to cars AUX, now connect supplied Bluetooth into your cars USB port. On your smartphone turn on Bluetooth, scan and search for device and finally turn your cars tuner to AUX channel. DONE! Crystal clear and no breakups at least thus far. A .

Great quality, I purchased this bluetooth transmitter mainly so that I could listen to my TV, through bluetooth headphones and speakers. It was really simple to pair with my bluetooth headphones, and the reception is great. Bluetooth signal is powerful, easily passes two capital wall thickness for 45 cm distance 7 meters to place the speaker. When connected to headphone, I can stay up late watching tv and hearing it very clearly, instead of trying to lip read a silent tv, while my spouse gets to sleep peacefully. I have JBL charge III and Hitachi Bluetooth speakers and both get connected with the transmitter seamlessly. Since, this is aptx low latency transmitter, delay in video and audio exists but ignorable. Sound class, clean, without the background and volume cool! This product is one to have if you want to have both transmitter and receiver functions. Comes with: 3.5 mm aux cable, micro usb cable, optical cable, 3.5mm to 2-Male RCA Adapter Cable, and to the point manual.

This is for the mini thumbnail sized SZMDLX USB Bluetooth 5.0 adapter. Virtually no delay in audio receiver mode. I bought this for my 1992 corvette. I just had the original stereo unit serviced and modified to have a 3.5mm headphone jack installed. I then use this BT unit plugged into my usb cigarette lighter adapter, and then the audio cable plugs from the BT unit into the 3.5mm jack added onto my stereo. My 27 year old car is now BT audio capable! The audio receiver delay is so minimal I can even use this BT unit for hands free phone calls - older BT units (4.0 and lower) have a longer receiver audio output delay that you can't use them for phone calls - your voice would be delayed to the caller significantly). I have several older cars that have newer stereos with USB inputs - I am ordering one of these for each of them. Those cars won't even need the 3.5mm jack as this BT unit will transmit received audio directly out the usb port. Such a clean and small design that will modernize any audio system.
