Chân gà nướng mật ong với màu da bánh mật, bóng bẫy cực hấp dẫn. Hương vị tẩm ướp mặn, ngọt, cay thơm, ... hòa quyện vào nhau thật hài hòa. Có thể làm món nhậu hoặc món ăn chơi đều rất thích hợp.
Chân gà làm sạch, có thể chà xát với rượu và muối để khử mùi hôi. Ướp với 2 muỗng canh nướng tương, 1/2 muỗng canh nước mắm, 2 muỗng canh mật ong, 1/2 muỗng canh tỏi băm, 1/2 muỗng canh mè và 1/4 muỗng cà phê tiêu trong khoảng 3 tiếng đồng hồ. Sau đó xếp chân gà vapf bếp nướng.
Nướng chân gà ở 175 độ C trong khoảng 15-20 phút. Trong quá trình nướng cứ cách 5 phút thì trở chân gà và quét sốt ướp 1 lần. Nướng cho đến khi chân gà chuyển màu vàng nâu đều là được. Món chân gà nướng mật ong có thể làm món nhậu hoặc món ăn chơi đều rất thích hợp.
