Nấm đông cô khô ngâm nở trong nước nóng, khi nấm nở, vắt ráo, để riêng. Phi lê gà và tôm tươi, bạn làm sạch, tôm tươi bóc hết vỏ, ngâm phi lê gà với 1 muỗng cà phê rượu mirin, 1 muỗng cà phê nước tương, để riêng, làm tương tự với tôm.
Trứng gà đập ra bát, đánh tan, sau đó bạn cho nước dùng dashi, muối, hắc xì dầu, rượu sake, rượu mirin, đánh tan cùng với trứng. Lược qua rây nhiều lần cho hỗn hợp mịn mượt. Cho nấm, tôm, thịt gà vào 1 cái tô, cho hỗn hợp trứng vào. Hấp trong vòng 15-20 phút là được.
Khi hoàn thành, trứng có màu vàng nhạt, ăn mềm như bánh flan. Món này cực kỳ dễ ăn, đảm bảo bạn sẽ “ghi điểm” với cả gia đình đó!
