Cá hồi tẩm bột nướng theo kiểu mới, không chứa nhiều dầu mỡ mà vẫn ngon, hấp dẫn. Đây có thể coi là một phiên bản cá hồi nướng thơm ngon, nóng giòn từ thịt đến lớp vỏ bột ngoài đấy. Còn chờ gì mà chúng ta không làm thử ngay nào.
Làm nóng lò nướng đến 400 độ F (hoặc 200 độ C). Lót giấy nến lên trên khay nướng. Cá hồi rửa sạch, thấm khô, ướp với muối và tiêu cho thấm. Chuẩn bị 3 tô bột như sau: Tô 1: bột hạnh nhân (bạn trộn thêm các loại lá khô hay bột tỏi, bột hành tùy thích). Tô 2: Trứng gà đánh tan. Tô 3: bột đậu gà (có thể thay bằng bột chiên xù hay bột chiên giòn).
Nhúng từng miếng cá hồi lần lượt qua 3 tô rồi xếp lên khay. Bạn xịt hoặc rưới 1 lớp dầu olive mỏng đều lên cá. Nướng 16-18 phút rồi đổi mặt cho chín đều (cá hồi rất nhanh chín, tùy vào công suất lò nướng nhà bạn mà cá có thể chín nhanh hơn, bạn thường xuyên kiểm tra nhé).
