Nem nướng là món ăn vặt khoái khẩu của chị em. Thay vì ra hàng ăn nem nướng vừa tốn tiền vừa bụi bẩn, các bạn hãy thử tự tay vào bếp làm món nem nướng đãi cả gia đình xem sao nhé!
Cho vào tô 500g thịt heo bằm, 3 muỗng canh bột nem nướng, 1/2 muỗng cà phê tiêu, 1 muỗng cà phê bột nở, 1 muỗng canh nước mắm, 1 muỗng cà phê đường và 2 muỗng canh nước lọc, dùng tay nhào thật kỹ cho thịt thấm gia vị. Bọc màng thực phẩm lại rồi đặt vào tủ lạnh khoảng 2-3 tiếng đồng hồ.
Sau đó, cho thịt ra khỏi tủ lạnh, tha ít dầu ăn lên tay, vê thịt thành những viên tròn rồi xiên vào các que. Đặt lên khay nướng có lót giấy bạc. Mở lò nướng trước 10 phút ở 250 độ C. Cho nem xiên que vào lò nướng trong khoảng 20-25 phút là được.
Khi dùng có thể cho thêm mỡ hành và đậu phộng rang. Ăn kèm với bún và rau và nước chấm tùy thích.
